Visa on arrival · stay up to 30 days
If the official site offers an online visa, apply for it before you fly — it's the safer route. Otherwise, bring a return ticket and proof of where you're staying.
Why this isn't confirmed
Your Saudi residence permit lets you get a visa for up to 30 days at the international airport in Azerbaijan, as long as it has more than six months left to run. Before you fly, check whether Azerbaijan's online ASAN e-visa is open to your nationality — if it is, apply for that instead.
Guidance only — the government of Azerbaijan decides who enters. Use the official source above as the authority, not this page.
