1. We inform, the government decides

Wajhaa provides general information about entry requirements. It is not legal or immigration advice, and it is not a guarantee that you will be admitted anywhere.

Only the authorities of a destination decide who enters it. Entry can be refused at the border even when every document is in order. Visa and entry rules also change without notice, sometimes overnight, and we may not learn of a change before you do.

Before you book or travel, confirm your requirements with the official government source we link on every result, or with the relevant embassy or consulate. Those sources govern. This site does not.

2. What the confidence tiers mean

Confirmed means the outcome comes from our baseline dataset and an official source exists for that destination. It does not mean your entry is assured.

Likely — verify means the answer depends on a residence permit or another condition. These results always carry the condition in plain words. Treat them as a prompt to check, never as a decision.

Unknown means we have no official source we trust, so we will not state a requirement. Absence of an answer is not permission.

3. Accuracy

We take care with this data and correct errors when we find them, but we do not warrant that it is complete, current or accurate. Our baseline comes from a public dataset; residency exceptions are read by hand from government instruments. Both can be out of date or misread.

The service is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

4. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Wajhaa is not liable for any loss arising from reliance on information published here — including refused entry, denied boarding, cancelled travel, or non-refundable costs. You are responsible for verifying your own requirements before committing money or travelling.

5. Your use of the service

Use it for your own travel planning. Do not scrape it, resell it, republish the data as your own, or use it in a way that interferes with the service or misleads others about what it is.

6. Third-party sites

We link to government websites. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or availability.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated version.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
