Where can Syrian passport holders living in Saudi Arabia travel?

What Saudi Arabia residency adds

Open to you because of your residence permit, not your passport. Each one is conditional — check the official source first.

• ArmeniaVisa-free · 180 daysVerify

Your Saudi residence permit lets you enter Armenia without a visa and stay up to 180 days in a year, until 1 July 2027. The permit must have at least six months left on the day you enter, and you need to show the physical card or the residence sticker in your passport. Border officers may check that it shows your name, nationality, date of birth and expiry date in Latin script.

• GeorgiaVisa-free · 90 daysVerify

Your Saudi residence permit lets you enter Georgia without a visa for up to 90 days in any 180-day period, but only if it is a multiple-entry permit with at least one year still to run on the day you cross the border. A permit with less than a year left does not qualify — you would need a Georgian visa instead. Since 1 January 2026 every tourist entering Georgia must also hold health and accident insurance covering the whole trip, arrival and departure days included, for at least 30,000 GEL.

• KuwaiteVisa / eTA · 90 daysVerify

Your Saudi residence permit can get you a Kuwaiti tourist visa, but only if the profession on your permit is on Kuwait's approved list — including doctors, pharmacists, lawyers, engineers, consultants, university professors, journalists, pilots, systems analysts, programmers, managers and business owners. Apply on the Kuwait Visa website before you travel. Your permit and your passport must each be valid for six months from the day you enter. The visa is single entry and lets you stay up to three months.
